ABOUT HIM

A filmmaker and fan of third person diction, Carter was born and raised in Belfast, Northern Ireland. You may have heard of Belfast city as the filming location of HBO's Game of Thrones, or as the construction site of the Titanic. While neither of those ended very well, I'm confident Carter will break the mold.

Carter immigrated to Atlanta, Georgia, to pursue film full-time, graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2023 as a Stamps President's Scholar. He takes a particular interest in comedy (both performative and scripting) , and in bringing Northern Irish voices to the world.

Carter has worked on-set internships with Netflix in the U.S. and Lionsgate in the U.K., and has experience directing, writing, and producing. A full dramatic resumé is available here.
